COVID-Safe Policy
Please observe while visiting our premises so we can keep our community healthy and open!

MENTAL is a COVID-Safe Business and as NSW reopens we are pleased to be able to welcome you back to our premises in accordance with all procedures and policies recommended by NSW Health. We have a COVID-Safe Policy and we ask that if you plan to visit MENTAL during this time that you assist us to keep the community safe and please follow the current rules and regulations that apply when visiting:

  • Wear a mask while indoors

  • Check in using the QR code

  • observe capacity limits and practice physical distancing (4m2 per person indoors)

  • Please use hand sanitiser provided when entering the premises

  • Avoid shaking hands

  • Do not visit the gallery in large groups

If you plan to visit FUNDAMENTAL (our retail gallery space), only for the reason to purchase or view retail goods there is a current NSW Health Order requiring you to be fully vaccinated (two-doses) against COVID-19 and you may be asked for verification of this. This applies to all non-essential retail purchases in NSW and is due to be removed in December. Alternatively, purchases can be made through our web shop and we are happy to arrange local delivery for large items.

As a provider of mental health and wellbeing programs, this requirement does not apply to attendance at workshops, club meetings, education or mentoring sessions or the use of practice studios and offices. Please note reduced capacity applies to group activities in accordance with the 4m2 guideline and MENTAL’s COVID-Safe Policy.

If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend the activity and postpone any visit to the space.

Should you have any questions or concerns as we move through this difficult time as a community, or require assistance in accessing Mental Health Services, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
